Meet Gloria Bone Gunther

Why should you consider Gloria as your home Seller or Buyer representative?

Gloria has over 25 years experience as a business owner and negotiator. She has been an entrepreneur since the age of 26 at which time she started her first business. With a degree in Physical Therapy and a drive to succeed in whatever she goes out to accomplish, Gloria independently started a Physical Therapy private practice and developed it into a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation agency with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services. She owned and operated this business for 21 years. In 1999 she moved to Pinehurst and married her husband, Ed.

Gloria founded Gunther Properties, Inc., an independent real estate company, in 2004. Having been a real estate investor over 27 years she brings a wealth of personal experience to the table. Her dedication and commitment today in representing real estate clients is as strong as it was when she served patients needing care and medical attention. Gloria has always strived to be the best in whatever she does and her real estate business continues that drive.

Additionally, Gloria is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. With completion of a luxury home marketing course and being an experienced Broker in the upper tier market, Gloria is trained to promote expensive homes and estates. In networking with other agents and contacts around the country she has developed new resources of finding Buyers. Home Buyers and Sellers of luxury properties greatly benefit from her abundance of knowledge.

Gloria holds two real estate designations beyond her N.C. real estate Brokers license including the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). With the GRI designation she is in a select group of N.C. real estate professionals with nationally just 19% of Realtors having finished the course. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer representation. It is awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Having met specified educational and practical criteria, Gloria has been awarded this designation.

Gloria’s primary goal is exceeding client expectations.

What clients are saying about Gloria:

"Dear Gloria:

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to help us purchase our home in Pinehurst. Over the years, we have purchased many properties and this one was certainly the most challenging. Your total involvement through the process ultimately made it happen. I have worked with many realtors in the past and I can certainly attest that I have never seen anyone work harder or more proactively on my behalf. More times than I could possibly keep track of you went above and beyond what is traditionally expected to get the deal done. Thanks again Gloria. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to work together again as we become established in Pinehurst."

It has now been four months since we settled into our new house and we are still amazed at how perfect a fit it is for us! We cannot thank you enough for contacting us that it was available and for your many conversations with the owners (who wanted the house shown to prospective buyers but who needed to wait for suitable housing to accommodate them before they could settle on a closing date), and for your diligence in taking care of every single detail that protected all parties involved.

In many respects, this was not an easy sale for you. The health of one of the sellers was of great concern to us all and you graciously realized the need to make sure the transaction was as easy as possible for them, while at the same time, you always protected our position as buyers. This was a delicate balance but, as usual, you accomplished both with grace, professionalism, dignity and patience for all involved.

Whenever Bob and I hear someone talk about the possibility of moving, we are quick to tell them about you! Thanks again--and please drop by whenever your travels bring you to Whispering Pines!"

"Dear Gloria,

You walked hand in hand with us during the entire (home buying) procedure, from contract to closing of our second home.

Your kind attitude and attention to details went beyond our expectations. We had nothing to worry about except getting the cashiers check from our bank! You are truly a person of detail who arranged all the repairs needed and numerous additional requests that enabled us to have a smooth closing.

You are a delight to work with and we highly recommend you to anyone seeking your services."

I would like to express my heart-felt thanks for your tireless efforts regarding my recent home purchase. As a first time buyer, I was obviously inexperienced with the home-buying process. Yet, with your devoted representation, I never felt as if I was in over my head. More important, however, was your detailed involvement after the offer was accepted. Your dedication to seeing this deal was properly completed allowed me to focus on other work-related priorities. If I sell this house in the future, I hope to be able to work with you once more."
Very truly,

"Dear Gloria,

My wife and I would like to thank you for your endless work, dedication and commitment to us in the extensive process of selling our property. You did all the work! Your amazing efforts in handling procedures, in always keeping me completely informed of any and all that was going on has left an everlasting impression.

If I ever have a need again for a real estate agent, you will be the only one I’ll choose. I have and will continue to recommend you to my friends and associates as the Best Agent in our area. Not only an agent, but an agent with remarkable ethics and principles for yourself, your business and for your client. I consider you to be a very good friend! Thanks for the amazing job. Well done!"
